2. Products and Services

We offer the following products and services:

  • BMW and Mini navigation map updates (digital download and pre-loaded USB)
  • FSC (Freischaltcode) activation codes (one-time and lifetime)
  • iDrive software upgrades and coding services
  • Technical support and installation guidance

All digital products (download links, FSC codes) are delivered via email. Physical products (USB sticks) are dispatched by post. Estimated delivery times are stated on individual product pages.

3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via PayPal and debit/credit card through our secure payment partners (PayPal and Stripe). Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

4. Digital Products — Delivery and Use

Digital products including FSC codes and download links are provided to the email address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct before completing your order. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect email information provided by you.

Digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use on the specific BMW vehicle for which they are purchased. You may not resell, redistribute, or share any digital product purchased from us.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally cannot offer refunds once an FSC code has been delivered or a map download link has been accessed. However:

  • If you receive an incorrect or non-functional code/file, we will replace it at no charge
  • Physical USB products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original condition, subject to a restocking fee
  • Coding services that have already been performed are non-refundable

To request a refund or replacement, contact us at bmwnavigationsupdates@gmail.com with your order number and description of the issue.

6. Compatibility

It is your responsibility to verify that the product you order is compatible with your specific BMW or Mini vehicle model, year, and iDrive system. We provide compatibility guidance on our product pages and via our support team. We cannot be held responsible for purchases made for incompatible vehicles where compatibility information was provided.

7. Warranty

Physical products (USB sticks and accessories) carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Digital products (map data, FSC codes) are provided “as-is” based on the official BMW navigation data available at time of purchase. We make no warranty that map data will be error-free, as road network data is sourced from third-party map providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bimmer Navi Updates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of data, vehicle damage from incorrect installation, or navigation errors. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Bimmer Navi Updates and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission. BMW, Mini, and iDrive are registered trademarks of BMW AG. Bimmer Navi Updates is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BMW AG.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
